Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available for services not yet rendered. If you cancel your order before we begin the printing process, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the service has already commenced but not completed, partial refunds may be considered based on the proportion of work completed.
If you receive a printed product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved proof, you are eligible for a refund or reprint.

Non-Refundable Services:

Customized or personalized services that have been completed and approved by the customer.
Services that have been fully rendered as per the customer’s specifications and approval.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or proof.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Returns

As our primary offerings are services rather than physical products, traditional returns are not applicable. However, for any printed materials that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a reprint or refund.

Eligibility for Reprints:

Reprints are available if the printed product is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved proof.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the issue.

Reprint Process:

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, will arrange for a reprint of the product at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
